Melita Power Diesel Ltd., a leading system integrator in the energy sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Sales Executive to join our Onsite Energy department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

About Us (Only MPD Onsite Energy)

Melita Power Diesel Ltd. – Onsite Energy offers a wide range of products, including gas and diesel gensets (3 to 3400 kVA), biogas CHP plants, natural gas CHP, complete power plants (200MW+), and on-site equipment like light towers, welding machines, and AC/DC gensets for telecommunication.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive in our Onsite Energy department, your primary duties will include:

·        Networking with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand sales territories

·        Negotiating and closing deals while providing accurate information to clients

·        Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company

·        Advising clients on technical solutions tailored to their specific needs

·        Attending seminars and trade exhibitions to promote our products and services

·        Conducting research on new technologies and market trends

·        Preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals to potential clients

·        Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention4

·        Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices

·        Keeping accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

·        A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is optional and considered a plus

·        Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy sector

·        Outstanding sales skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer support

·        Excellent active listening skills, patience, and confidence

·        Strong networking abilities and research skills

·        A good eye for opportunities and a self-starter attitude

·        In-depth knowledge of our product range and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients on a high-level basis

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

·        Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset
